spring 2008

We are in the process of creating a website so that soap may be ordered online. Gary has spent many hours on this project. We hope to have the soap site up by midsummer.

Making goat's milk soap started in October 2007 as a way to raise money to help those in need. It was inspired by an “Opportunity Knocks” project introduced to us at our church, Westminster Church of the Brethren. Proceeds from the sale of this soap are used to purchase needed items for direct distribution to those in need.

The fresh milk for our soap comes from our littlebunch dairy goats. We make our soap in small batches, handcrafted in our kitchen. We use the “cold process” method to make our soap. Each bar is cured and hardened for at least 4 weeks before being sold. Our soaps come in several fragrances and mold designs. Weight approximately 4 oz.
